THE PLAYWORKS DIFFERENCE
If other clinics or school-based services haven't helped, you need an OT who truly gets it.
If no one else sees what's actually going on at home...
The real struggles happen at bedtime, in the grocery store, at the kitchen table. Playworks therapists come to your home to provide services in the environments where challenges actually occur. We are there to help you through the most difficult times together.
If cookie cutter
therapy isn't working...
Every family we support receives highly individualized services. Rather than isolated therapy sessions, our therapy programs are designed to provide comprehensive support to your child and family, including practical strategies you can feel comfortable implementing right away.
You need someone who understands the whole picture...
A child's struggles do not exist in isolation. When your child has difficulty with emotional regulation, sensory processing, motor skills, or independence with daily tasks, you feel the impact of those challenges every single day. We see the family behind the diagnosis. We live in the day-to-day routines with you, and find strategies that support the whole family.
...you are in the right place.

ABOUT US
Playworks is built for families who want specialized and personalized OT, in the comfort of their home.
Founded by Laura Gertz, OTR/L, Playworks brings expert pediatric OT directly to your living room. Traditional outpatient OT and school-based services often create a gap where families are left wondering how to implement strategies into everyday routines at home.

We partner with children who learn, develop, and experience the world in unique ways—including those with ADHD, autism, sensory processing differences, and other developmental or learning challenges. Our services are designed to support the whole family, including foster, adoptive, kinship, and traditional family systems.
