Service Description
At Playworks, LLC, we offer comprehensive OT evaluations for your child. This includes parent report measures, relevant medical and social history, and formal/informal assessments to address areas of concern. We will analyze the data collected, then collaborate with you to develop personalized goals and a tailored treatment plan.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will result in a fee of 50% of your scheduled appointment cost.
